Kennis Delen Leren is the webshop of Pro-aQt BV where you purchase e-learnings and (online) training courses, developed together with expert partners. You can take courses for yourself or purchase them for your employees, covering areas such as quality management, food safety, and healthcare.

The offering is divided into four main categories: Quality Management (e.g. internal audits, ISO 9001, ARBO, RI&E, information security), Food Safety (e.g. basic knowledge and HACCP), Healthcare (accredited e-learnings for healthcare professionals), and Information Security (e.g. ISO 27091, AI Literacy, information security awareness).

No. You don't need to create an account to check out, but you do need one to follow the e-learnings. Keep your login details safe, preferably in a password manager.

Go to the Shop, select the desired course, and add it to your cart. Review your order, click "Checkout," enter your billing address, and choose a payment method (e.g. iDEAL). After agreeing to the terms and conditions, complete payment and you'll receive a confirmation and invoice by email.

Yes. After purchase, you distribute it to your employees via vouchers and invitations. To do this, go to your Education Dashboard, open the relevant program, and send an employee's email address via "Invitation."

You will receive an email with an invitation link. If you don't have an account yet, create one first via the link. If you already have an account, log in and open the invitation. Click "Accept" and then "Accept invitation" to gain access to the course.

After accepting the invitation (or making a purchase), you'll find the course in your Education Dashboard.

After completing a course, you'll find your grade in the Education Dashboard on the left side under "assessments."

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, contact backoffice@pro-aqt.nl.

The full purchase amount is paid directly in the webshop, for example via iDEAL. Prices shown in the webshop exclude VAT; at checkout, the total amount including any applicable VAT is shown.

Report complaints about work performed directly and in as much detail as possible to Pro-aQt, so it can respond appropriately. If the complaint is justified, the product will be repaired or replaced.

Accreditation points are points you receive for completing a recognized continuing education course, for example for re-registration in a professional register. We only offer accredited courses in the Healthcare category. Courses in the shop indicate which organization accredited the course (e.g. V&VN) and how many accreditation points you receive for it. This information can be found on the product page of the relevant course. You can also filter by "Accredited by" in the shop to search specifically for accredited courses.
